How do you use the American Monk MindBox? 53

Peo­ple often ask me how to use the Mind­Box. Those who do, usu­ally receive a very spe­cific and straight for­ward answer.

But some­times, it depends. Let me explain to you what I’m talk­ing about.

One day I asked for your feed­back on “Free Lessons from the Amer­i­can Monk.” Then, a young lady posted a video on YouTube. Her results were stun­ning: She claimed that she has lost 32 pounds in just 8 weeks with the help of the Daisy Pond.

Wow — that was some great suc­cess for her! And although there is one mas­tery mod­ule inside the Mind­Box which specif­i­cally helps in fight­ing bad habits like addic­tion or overeat­ing etc. — for this young lady it was the Daisy Pond that just did it instead!

So, it basi­cally shows that the uses of the Mind­Box can vary depend­ing on you.  There are no strict, restric­tive guidelines.
