Did you know that every emotion has a rhythm?
You have a different rhythm for when you are happy, sad, tired or even in pain. The good news is, you can use these rhythms to control your emotions.
It’s actually very easy to do and I will show you how in this video. This is simple exercise that you can use every time you are feeling a negative emotion.
Give this a try for yourself. Find your own rythm.
