There are so many different techniques that can be learned through self-improvement teachings but when it come to manifesting and the Law of Attraction the one thing most books and teachers agree on is the importance of a positive attitude.

Manifestation is just a by-product of our thoughts, whether they are negative or positive.

A Special “Dear Burt” – Volume 100 24

Hi Friends,

What's the best way to reverse or slow down our aging process? Although nutrition, exercise and sleep are relevant factors to consider, I believe that your attitude is more important than anything else.

Instead of focusing on "do's and dont's", try approaching everything in life with moderation, balance and a light attitude and you'll experience a reduction on your stress levels which obviously influences your aging too.

On the video below I explore the aging topic and also show you a simple tapping technique to help change the rhythm of your relationships.

Do You Ever Feel Like a Victim? – “Dear Burt” Volume 99 29

Dear Friends,

Is there such a thing as a victim personality? And if so, is there a way to step out of it?

In the video below I tell you how to change your mindset from victim to warrior whenever you're finding yourself being victimized.

I also share with you the lessons I learned from an overweight martial arts teacher and a "little old lady" I once met.

Their stories will show you that as soon as you change your thoughts and start taking action to "unvictimize" yourself, everything around you changes, especially the way people treat you.

So next time you are feeling like a victim, pay attention to your thoughts and feelings and remember that you can always change them, you just have to choose so.

Singing to Relax the Mind – “Dear Burt” Volume 98 22

Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for your warm response to my guided meditation video last week.

The aim of meditation is to get the emotions out of the way and concentrate more in the present moment. For those of you who might find difficulties entering a meditative state I'd like to introduce a simple chanting technique in the video below.

Chanting is a traditional way of preparing the mind for meditation by singing short, simple series of syllables or words.
