One affir­ma­tion I have used for years is
“I beleive it and I can achieve it.“
Some­times it is dif­fi­cult to keep the pos­i­tive affir­ma­tions going espe­cially when my neg­a­tive self talk gets in the way. It turns into a bit of an inter­nal strug­gle, but I keep work­ing at it. The thing with affir­ma­tions is you MUST believe them. Sim­ply say­ing them isn’t going to cut it.

I watched the video no prob­lem, its beau­ti­ful, some of the affir­ma­tions touched a nerve, so i know i need to lis­ten to those more and deal with it, ~ mainly i’m a money mag­net ~ I know i have prob­lems with that one, i pay £1000’s to trian as an holis­tic ther­a­pist yet don’t feel i can charge hardly any­thing for my ser­vices..
