What's the best way to reverse or slow down our aging process? Although nutrition, exercise and sleep are relevant factors to consider, I believe that your attitude is more important than anything else.
Instead of focusing on "do's and dont's", try approaching everything in life with moderation, balance and a light attitude and you'll experience a reduction on your stress levels which obviously influences your aging too.
