<p>I know I keep <strong>surprising</strong> you with my music. I think I should stop saying that I can't play the piano <img src='http://blog.theamericanmonk.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>So this time I'm playing a familiar tune and you know what? I put a lot of <strong>energy</strong> into it for you.</p>
<p>What kind of <strong>energy</strong> you may ask?</p>
<p>it's for relationships, for romance, for friendship, even for healing purposes.</p>
<p>And the intention for my music today  is that everything will take care of itself. As you listen to my music, imagine your problems beings lifted off your shoulders.</p>
<p>You are free and rid of all your problems.</p>

I’ve been following many of your tips; however one thing that’s very difficult for me is visualization. I can’t seem to see in my mind in detail you and many others convey as the key to manifesting. It’s not that I don’t believe the thing I’d like to visualize; I just see darkness when I close my eyes. Please advise on how I can grasp this technique.</div>

Hypnosis was one of the fresher things you touched on recently, Burt. I find it very interesting for its use in conjunction with exploring the subconscious mind. I would like to do that to better understand myself. I understand your discretion, but, what about self-hypnosis? Could you share something of that more assuredly?</div>

<p>Now let's get on to today's video. I'll be talking about <strong>visualizing</strong>. I will also perform a special <strong>distance healing </strong>and touch<strong> </strong>briefly on <strong>hypnosis</strong>.</p>
<p>Many of you seem to think you have a problem with visualizing. Let me tell you something. It's not that you have a problem, it's just that some of you are more visual than others. A lot of you visualize even without realizing you are doing it. Like daydreaming!</p>
<p><strong>Remember: "Visualizations are in fact our imagination."</strong></p>

Emotions have always played a big role in our life. They are active and alive 24 hours a day, even in our dreams. Emotions literally tell us what to do with our marriage, family, job, career, self, and how we love others.</div>

<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">You already know that I’ve never considered myself as an artist and that I only started painting when I was 78. in fact, I’ve  never picked a paint brush before that age except of course to paint my house! <img src='http://blog.theamericanmonk.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> </div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">In the beginning, I copied some other painter’s style then finally, I started coming up with my own strokes. It seemed that I have found my niche in trees so I started to develop my own style and it’s very rewarding to receive your positive feedback.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">I’m not that into the painting mode, I just find it really relaxing. I LOVE painting as a time-off.</div>

I understand that as far as healing is concerned, it would be necessary to make your vibratory frequency match that of your intended subject, and that all makes sense to me, but the area where I begin to lose you is with the story you told about your friend who own the carpet shop. I don't want to go into detail but the basic premise seemed to be that he was vibrating at a positive frequency and things turned out alright.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;">So does the Principle of Vibration then mean that this situation had a positive outcome BECAUSE he was vibrating in a positive frequency? I watch and listen to you weekly or every other week whereas other - written - emails I would leave for later, later, and later. You talk, I close my eyes (after admiration of your pictures of course!) and listen. Great stuff!?I wonder if you can help me with the below.</div>

It has been so strong for over 20 years that I have been embarrassed to go out, meet people. For some time I was on a very serious medication and it worked magic. But it did not cure my acne as it was supposed to, was to dangerous to continue, I had to stop. The reason for my acne must have been elsewhere. Now I take hormones, despite an increased dose – no improvement. I tried energy healing but failed. The acne started when I was 12 so I do not remember not having it – no use of tapping. What can I do? What technique would help here? Please help me help myself.?All the best regards,?Joanna</div>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The internet never ceases to amaze me... The ability to <strong>connect with you from</strong> all over the world,<strong> at any given time</strong>, is just<strong> incredible</strong>! Far too easy to take it for granted, that’s for sure. <img src='http://blog.theamericanmonk.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Let’s start out with what seems to be a routine: <strong>one of my paintings</strong>. This is “<strong>Forest Creek 2</strong>”, which I just finished yesterday. I plan to have it up on my website soon but in the meantime I’d love to hear your thoughts here.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Last week, we were talking about <strong>tapping and vibration</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Apparently, many of you have been using tapping to heal yourself... I’m thrilled to see that my teachings can be of benefit to some of you in these important areas of your life.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Today, let me move on to another principle; "<strong>The Principle of Polarity</strong>". This principle embodies the truth that all manifested things have two sides, two aspects or two poles. The principle dictates that all things<strong> happen opposite</strong> and in fact, a pair of opposites are the same, only <strong>differing by a single degree</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">While this theory explains a lot of <strong>physical manifestations</strong>, the same principle operates on<strong> the mental plane</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">So let’s take one of the most common and radical concepts that we have, <strong>LOVE</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Before we can polarize love, we must understand what Love is. Love is, after all, a <strong>positive viewpoint</strong>. Once we’ve established that Love is a viewpoint, we can then <strong>polarize it</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">i.e. The unconditional love from a mother for her child would be 100% positive on the scale of polarity; where the mother can see no negatives. While the complete opposite, or the polar opposite, would be hate- where one can see no positives.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are<strong> degrees of love and hate</strong>, and there is a <strong>middle point</strong> where we tend to use terms such as '<strong>Like or Dislike</strong>,' which shade into each other so gradually that sometimes we are at<strong> a loss to know whether</strong> we 'like' or 'dislike' something or someone.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">So how all of this can help you in life? </span></em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Being aware of the existence of this great principle will enable you <strong>to better understand your own mental states</strong>, and those of<strong> other people</strong>. You can see that these states are all just matters of degree.<br />
And to add to that, it’s even possible <strong>to change the vibrations of things</strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Therefore,  you can <strong>raise</strong> or <strong>lower your vibration</strong> at will to change your mental states.</p>
