Infinity in a lot of ways seems more like an idea than a real thing. It's impossible to wrap your mind around.

Join me below as I go into my latest take on infinity, rhythms, and other things I've been asked in the comments on this blog.

Dear friends,

Around the internet and in academia I've seen a lot of discussion about the role of the human subconscious in dreaming.

After all, dreaming is a peculiar thing. Scientists say that we dream every night whether we remember it or not, but as to why we must dream the jury is still out.

Some say that dreaming is a mechanism of sorting through and linking conscious and subconscious experiences. Just like lucid dreaming can be used to play a semi-conscious role in your dream state, you can accomplish the same thing by taking control of your daydreams.

Suddenly your daydreaming goes from recreational to creational.

Ideas. It's funny to think that nearly everything around you (that's man made of course) began as an idea. Your life and the objects you use every day are the product of centuries of hard work and innovation.

The pen sitting on your desk was once just an idea in someone's head and lead on parchment. The computer you're typing on is the result of ideas upon ideas. Collaboration between scientists, designers, and entrepreneurs for years and years.

Dear friends,

Grab a cup of coffee, glass of wine, or some water and relax a bit with me today. Today's chat is centered around the idea of living an abundant life. Some of you may be wondering exactly what I mean by that but it's actually pretty simple. Life abundance is about living your current life to its fullest as opposed to simply acquiring more and more "things". As I've discussed in past weeks, living a fully abundant lifestyle in the now is key to attracting abundance in the future.

Part of living an abundant life is realizing the decision making power you have. Although it's often uncomfortable, at any point in your life you have the power to make the decision to take a different path and start leading a drastically different life. Join me below as I discuss my take on making decisions as well as an unconventional decision making technique a friend of mine once shared with me.

Let me know what you think of his technique by leaving a comment below.

Dear Friends,

Thank you so much! I can still feel the love and energy from all your warm birthday wishes last week and my words cannot express my immense gratitude to those of you who've also submitted stories for the Quantum Jumping Contest or attended my Live Seminar in San Diego.

You've all got me feeling younger and more energetic than ever.

The Live Seminar was such a great success that I have agreed with my marketing team at Mindvalley to host a new event every year and they are very excited about it. A special thanks to <a href="http://www.facebook.com/pages/Love-Or-Above/152032768142804"target="_blank">Christie Marie who came along to offer a talk on personal vibrations and Theresa Ibis who spoke about <a href="http://www.kabbalahscrolls.com/"target="_blank">The Secrets of kabbalah. Their presence on stage is just as insightful as the online content they offer.

<a href="http://www.quantumjumping.com/blog/quantum-jumping-contest/"target="_blank">The Quantum Jumping Contest really touched me and it was rather difficult to pick 3 out of so many interesting and inspiring stories. Below is the name of the 3 selected contestants, although I think you are all winners simply for making the decisions to change your lives.

Their stories will be published next week on the <a href="http://www.quantumjumping.com/blog"target="_blank">Quantum Jumping blog and each one of them will receive a complete digital set of <a href="http://theamericanmonk.com/products"target="_blank">The Mindbox Collection which consists of 88 modules with 51 enlightened techniques to help them triumph even further in all of areas of their lives.

Congratulations to:

- Christine de Bourguignon

- Mehrunnisa Hassan

- Marilyn R. Williams

One of our team members will contact you soon to deliver your prize.

Once again thank you!

Dear Friends,

There are so many different techniques that can be learned through self-improvement teachings but when it come to manifesting and the Law of Attraction the one thing most books and teachers agree on is the importance of a positive attitude.

Manifestation is just a by-product of our thoughts, whether they are negative or positive.

In this world of dualities everything has a positive and a negative side but we can choose which side we focus on. So next time you are a bit depressed and need a "pick-me-up" try applying the Majestic Sight Technique which I explain in more details on the video below.

I also share the story of the woman who realized how much of life she was missing out until she learned this technique.

Are you missing out on the beauty of life or do you have your Majestic Sight Glasses on right now?

Hi Friends,

What's the best way to reverse or slow down our aging process? Although nutrition, exercise and sleep are relevant factors to consider, I believe that your attitude is more important than anything else.

Instead of focusing on "do's and dont's", try approaching everything in life with moderation, balance and a light attitude and you'll experience a reduction on your stress levels which obviously influences your aging too.

On the video below I explore the aging topic and also show you a simple tapping technique to help change the rhythm of your relationships.

And as promised, at the end of the video I also announce a surprise to celebrate Dear Burt 100.

It has been an immense pleasure to receive all your questions and warm comments for the past 100 weeks. Many of those stories inspire me and my team so much that we have decided to start an online contest to publish the most inspiring stories and reward the winners with a special prize.

I hope you can share yours and help inspire other people just like you.

Dear Friends,

Thank you so much for your warm response to my guided meditation video last week.

The aim of meditation is to get the emotions out of the way and concentrate more in the present moment. For those of you who might find difficulties entering a meditative state I'd like to introduce a simple chanting technique in the video below.

Chanting is a traditional way of preparing the mind for meditation by singing short, simple series of syllables or words.

Try it with me as you watch the video and leave a comment below to let me know how it made you feel.

Dear friends,

As you'd know most weeks I post my "Dear Burt" videos to answer the most frequent questions from you.

My customer support team often updates me on the amazing feedback many of you give regarding the meditation lessons and I often get asked to prepare new ones.

So this week, instead of answering your questions I decided to guide you through a new meditation to help you lower your brain waves, relax your mind and spark your creativity and decision making.

It'll only take you a few minutes but I'm sure it will have a lasting impact in your energy levels.

Enjoy! Talk to you next week.
