The Principle of Vibration: “Dear Burt” Volume 31 39

Dear Friends,

Welcome back to another edition of “Dear Burt!” We haven’t had it for two weeks now as I’ve been busy working on my Quantum Jumping webinar that happened last night--it was a big hit!

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the old footage of San Francisco last week. I personally loved it and was amazed that motion picture cameras existed in 1905.

Before we move onto today’s topic, let me tell you a little bit about the painting behind me. I was inspired by a Chinese tapestry that I saw once. It’s a little different from my normal style so do let me know your thoughts on this one!

Well, lately it seems that you’ve all been quite interested in learning more about The 7 Principles. So for this week, I will discuss the Principle of Vibration.

All things, from the tiniest molecules to the expanding galaxies, to the universe itself, is in constant and never-ending motion.

But, let me talk about vibration as it applies to healing. In life, all things vibrate. All things on the physical, mental and spiritual planes vibrate at different levels.

A shy person vibrates differently than an assertive person.

A well person vibrates differently than does a ill person.

We understand that but how do we change our vibrations?

I believe that it’s through our ATTITUDE. Attitude is vibratory. If I had one word that would sum up life itself, it would be “attitude.

Listen to the example I give you in the video below:

Next week, I will be discussing more on how the healers raise their vibration to a particular level to help heal another person.

I hope you enjoyed this edition of “Dear Burt.” If you are interested in learning more about The 7 Principles, click the link below.

Sincerely ,

Burt

P.S. Don’t forget to leave your questions for next week!

How To Deal With Change: “Dear Burt” Volume 28 49

Hello Friends,

Here we are with “Dear Burt” number 28!

Let me tell you a little about the painting behind me. It is a forest scene and is kind of my representation of The Daisy Pond. Let me know what you think.

In this video, I will talk about the subject of dealing with change.

Before going any further, I would just share a couple quotes with you:

If nothing ever changed, there'd be no butterflies.”  - anonymous

It takes a lot of courage to release the familiar and seemingly secure, to embrace the new. But there is no real security in what is no longer meaningful. There is more security in the adventurous and exciting, for in movement there is life, and in change there is power.” - Alan Cohen

If you want to deal effectively with change, you cannot fear it or let it frustrate you. You cannot attempt to minimize or avoid change. Instead, you have to learn how to deal with change, and use it to your advantage.

In life, we all have our own “security blanket” - something that’s comfortable for us. But, remember, without change, there is no growth and growth is the only evidence of life there is. ;-)

So, how can you accept change? Develop the habit of welcoming and working with change instead of resisting to it. Go to a meditative state and view the changes in your life as positive events. See yourself incredibly happy with these changes and trust me, you will get over your fear.

Now, here are the questions I will get to this week:

Dear Burt,

I always look forward to Friday! Your videos are very helpful and I am planning to purchase the Healing Triangle next month when I get paid. I have a question. We hear so much about hormones and additives in the food and there are people who have the destructive habit of drinking soda, if we take a minute to bless what we are eating and have the intention that it feed our body, can that prevent the harm that usually is associated with the chemicals we are ingesting?
- Jane

Dear Burt,

This blog is one of the high points of my week, just about every week! Today you addressed one of the questions I have, yet in my case there seems to be a different kind of twist on it–procrastination. Sometimes, I’ll be so excited about a project that for some reason, I think I need to put the brakes on it. Alas, it then stalls, and momentum is hard to re-establish. As a result, all too often I’m surrounded by too many unfinished projects. How would you deal with this kind of self-sabotage? It seems like a sort of procrastination, but also different.
- Jeanne

Dear Burt,

Thank you so much for your wonderful advice and awesome videos. I love the barn picture! Can you tell me how to get the courage (or how to change my thinking) to move from a safe and secure job that I have had for 20 years (as a teacher) to a better paying and more exciting job (as a school administrator). I am highly qualified for the job and I think I could help a lot more people as an administrator, however, I am afraid to change. I know I could do the job very well and everyone wants me to move up but I just don’t want to make a mistake and regret it later. I feel stuck. The problem is that I am scared to change and leave my comfort zone. Do you have any suggestions on how to get out of the comfort zone? Thanks so much and GOD bless you Burt!!
You are AWESOME!
- Misty

Dear Burt,

You mentioned unconditional love for children — what about conditions for adult relationships? For example I can “love” someone but not want to continue a relationship at the same depth unless they meet a few ‘reasonable’ conditions — such as; no drug use, monogamy, willingness and ability to pay their share of the bills, etc — is that out of line? This subject confuses me as much as forgiveness used to confuse me. What’s your view point?
Your biggest “fan”
- Marilyn

Dear Burt,

Thank you so much for all the wonderful information and techniques you share! I am always comforted and reassured of my wonderful life when I watch your videos and listen to your audios. My dog, the beautiful golden retriever Teddy, had several lumps in his skin which have been examined and removed, tests showed negative to cancer but might be kidney disease of some sort. My question is: What methods/techniques can I implement to Heal him and bring him to his most BEAUTIFUL AND HEALTHY SELF? What is needed of me and my family to ensure his magnificent health and well being? I would appreciate your advice so much! I am a reiki/yoga practitioner are there any tips where I could utilize these things for his optimal and perfect health?
Thank you Burt! I love you.
- Hannah

“Dear Burt” Volume 22: Power Words & Parallel Universes 53

Hi Friends,

It’s time for another Dear Burt.

I hope you didn’t miss my edition last week, but I had something something special I wanted to share with you instead. I’m glad to hear that you liked my affirmation toolkit. I hope you have already started reciting them daily. Thanks for again for your positive comments and feedback.

Today, I wanted to share another one of my montages with you. I call it “Street in Paris.” You may have seen it before but I must say, It’s one of my favorites. I would love to hear what you think.

Also, today I have a special guest with me... ;-)

Some of you have been asking for a while “when can we see your barking dog?”  Well, today is the day.

Meet, Baby.

Ok, now onto the questions for this week. Today, I’m addressing two very interesting topics:

  1. The power of words
  2. How to learn a new language quickly and easily

As I received some interesting comments last week about my affirmation video, I wanted to take some time to offer some words of wisdom because it’s such an important topic.

Affirmations are wonderful things, but what makes them effective is the ‘power words’ used in them.

You all know that your physiology affects your psychology... and vice versa. Affirmations are powerful tools to change your physical AND mental state. If you constantly think “weak” in your mind and then shift to thinking “strong,” you will see a change in your attitude and physiology  (body language). This is what affirmations do. They change your thoughts, which change your physiology, which then reinforces the positive thoughts. Try this experiment at home at let me know how you feel.

Some of you also asked me how to quickly learn a new language. Today, I will take some time to address how this is done. Here’s a quick hint: it’s all about mental volume.

Here are the questions I’m addressing this week:

Dear Burt,

Thank you Burt! Affirmations changed my life — even though repeating simple words would seem to not make a difference, they really do!

After listening to myself talk (things my brain would repeat throughout the day), I realized how many other people were actually controlling my thoughts! Changing those negatives into positives has created lasting positive change in my life. I’m still living through the stuff I called into existence before I knew how powerful thoughts were, but know all this is temporary.

Two of the affirmations that I use are: I am grateful for helpful people. I am grateful for free stuff. So, you are the result of two years of positive affirmations and proof of the power of thought!

Have a fabulous day,
Marilyn

Dear Burt,

How can I become a fast learner whether it is a new subject matter or a new language?

Thanks,
Ikisha

Dear Burt,

I´m so happy to met you and so glad to be your disciple. I find a lot of love in your words, paints, photos, and all that you represent. I admire you, and definitely we need to be more and more enlightened in order to make a better world day by day, and working on ourselves. Recently, I started to apply for a job. I have been passed on a lot of opportunities because I want to be hired by this particular company but, I didn´t pass the english or math tests. I know I should be better, but I wonder if there is a faster way to learn languages through my Doppelganger. I try so hard to have good English, but I don´t know what happened to me. I always fail. Maybe it’s my fears, or because I do not believe in me. Same thing happens with Math. This is strange because I am an Industrial Engineer, but during the tests I took with different companies, I got nervous and have had very bad results. That´s why I can not get the job that I want. What would you advise me to do? Thank you very much Burt. Have a wonderful week and I send you a lot of love, light and peace.
Liz

Dear Burt,

I love your work. I have been studying and following you for a few years now. This may be a “strange” question, and I hope you can clarify/guide/enlighten me. About Quantum Jumping… is it possible that you are different in a parallel universe? I mean look completely different, and everything else is the same/or almost the same — but you somehow know it is still you? What then??Thanks for you help. A friend and I have been debating this for a while now and I would like your opinion (I thought about this before I heard about you or Quantum Jumping).
Greg

My Tools Are Yours To Use 47

Hi Friends,

It's time to stare down the third and final enemy of New Year Resolutions.

Are you ready to put it down for good? Let's begin...

This is the third enemy:

3. You don't have the right tools to get you started

Staying focused on your goals can sometimes be challenging. There are countless distractions and temptations in life, all of which can put you on a detour, and leave you miles away from where you want to be.

Are you trying to lose weight?

"Hey that pecan pie in the fridge looks pretty tempting…"

Are you planning to start a new hobby?

"My favorite show's on tv, I'll do i tomorrow…"

Are you determined to give up drinking?

"It's Happy Hour at the bar tonight, maybe I should treat myself one more time…"

*You need a set of tools or techniques to keep you focused, disciplined and determined.*

Some people use vision boards. Some write down their progress in journals. Some form a pact with friends so they can check up on each other.

One of my favorite tools that I have now made into a daily ritual is affirmations.

Every morning, without fail, I recite a list of affirmations out loud to myself.

It gives me a great start to my day, and it's a constant reminder of the commitments I have made to myself.

Why don't you give it a try?

I've put together a little affirmation toolkit for you. Below you'll find a video and a PDF that I highly recommend you start using every day.

Watch the video first:

Now, save and print out this PDF document:

Picture 3

Download It Here

Once you've printed it out, add your own affirmations to it--the ones you committed to doing yesterday.

Don't forget the commitment you made to yourself!

As long as you stay focused and determined, you'll be achieving your goals in no time.

Remember to start working on your daily, weekly or monthly goals right away.

I'd love to hear from you. Send me a message in the comments section below, and tell me how you're doing with your resolutions.

Remember, just as you are committed to your resolutions, I'm committed to helping you achieve them.

Lets take on 2010 together and make it the best year yet!

Sincerely,

Burt

“Dear Burt” Volume 18: Creating Reality 86

Dear Friends,

Wow, Christmas is just around the corner. Can you believe it’s only 1 week away! I should let you know today that I won’t be doing “Dear Burt” next week. Instead, I will have a special little Christmas message for you.

For today’s video, I will be discussing the subject of how to deal with emotions.

Before I go ahead, I would like you to remember a very important mantra that you should repeat to yourself any time you feel like your emotions are getting the best of you.

Your thoughts create your reality.”

Remember, you have complete control over the way you feel and how you left things around you effect you.

I know it can be difficult when many people around you constantly complain. They see a bad economy, instead a world filled of new and exciting opportunities.

Make the choice of what reality you want to live in! Think of ways that you can get creative with YOUR resources to achieve your goals and level of happiness!

As soon as you realize that YOU are in control of your life situations, the negativity around you should disappear.

Now, on to the questions for this week ;-)
-------------
Dear Burt,
I´ve been told, that when I heal, I can not heal a person of a higher level than my self. Not properly anyway. My friend is more advanced than I am in healing and at a higher spiritual level. Is it true? We do heal in different ways and use different techniques but in the end, isn´t it the same? The energy goes where it is needed. Could you please enlighten me on this subject! Thank you so very much. Love and light!
Taru

Dear Burt,
I've noticed that you've got a nice set of teeth and nice hair color. Did you manifest all that by yourself or do you use products? How can you read without eye glasses? I'm almost half your age but very dependent on those lenses to read. Any idea to help me get rid of these glasses without going through any drastic procedures?
Lila

Dear Burt,
I'm following your simple steps of meditation. I like it for so many reasons. I feel it's helping me as well. I'm very grateful for it and thank you from bottom of my heart. I need some help. I'm having some difficult time dealing with my emotions right now. I'm going through depression and under medication as well. I feel so helpless and don't know what to do with this feeling of helplessness. I agree with you on so many things regarding religion, beliefs, etc. I also watched your two min. video about a women who was healed by you over 20 years ago. I have been suffering with back and shoulder pain from an injury. I took so many pain killers at that time and I'm still taking some other drugs as well. I am a very spiritual person but being a human being, I have so many dreams, desires and I feel I'm failing because of these emotions. Is there any way that I can manage without the medication? I feel I'm getting so many sides effect from this medication I’m using. So will you kindly tell me what to do? My sincere love and gratitude for you and I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a very prosperous New Year.
Parameshwari Devi

Dear Burt,?You have spoken eloquently and often about going into the white light spiritual dimension. It is lovely. But then what? What should we be doing there? Thanks for your insights.                                         Nicky

Dear Burt,
I am currently using Quantum Jumping II. My question is when we jump, should we be visualizing/goal setting our achievements and plans. Or just see what happens. For example if in sales, and you know you have an appointment, should we visualize the appointment, or just jump and and see where our doppelganger takes us?
