But here's the most important thing I want to share with you, intention is everything and of course it's attitude that eventually makes you the person you are!

Healing, Meditation and Angels “Dear Burt” Volume 72 39

Firstly, pretty awesome I must say :-)

I know many of you have been waiting for this week's Dear Burt.

I've got a very special Dear Burt this week. I made you something special for Valentine's Day next week :-)

You've probably heard me mention this a million times, and I'll say it again, love is a positive viewpoint.

You see, when you truly understand love and you adjust your attitude, then the world is your oyster. Simply because when something bad happens, you can easily switch it around into something positive.

Relationships, Needs and Thanksgiving "Dear Burt" Volume 60 36

Happy Thankgiving friends.

Like I mentioned last week, Eisenhower Medical Center with my daughter's service dog velvet visiting a few lonely shut ins, and the rest of Thanksgiving with the family. Had a wonderful, loving day. I do hope that you did as well.

On Thanksgiving, the family and I wrote down 10 things were grateful for, it was fun and I highly recommend it for you too.

Go ahead, write yourself a list of the things that you're grateful for and appreciate in life. You might even surprise yourself! :-D

This week, I've decided to speak about relationships. These can be any relationship, between family and friends, collegues and business relationships.

Any relationship is primarily based on needs. And you enhance an improve your relationships when yo talk about these needs that you have. A need can be anything from "I ned you to wash the dishes" to "I need you to pay attention to my feelings"

The 5 Rule of Happiness "Dear Burt" Volume 59 7

Hi friends,

It's getting closer to that time of the year again :-)

We're at Dear Burt 59 and it's Thanksgiving next week. My video this week is dedicated to all of you with the intention of sharing your happiness and joy's this Thanksgiving.

I want to you to just put aside your problems and constrains and enjoy what's most important in life. Family, gratitude and love.

Remember, every problem has a solution, so there's nothing for your to worry about really. You may not yet know how or what the solution is just yet, but trust that when you change your attitude towards a problem, you'd be able to see a clear solution.

Energy Healing, The Bagha and Positive Affirmations "Dear Burt" Volume 56 34

Hi friends,

1988, yes, that was the year I first discovered photography. :-)

The picture you see behind me is one I took in Cork, Ireland.

I've got quite a few of your questions on The Bagha and Healing which I'd like to answer this week, so let's get straight into it.

Before that, let me give you a quick recap of The Bagha technique first.

The Bagha can be used anytime you feel stressed or tense. Simply touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth and you are instantly transported to that relaxing state you remember from your favorite place.

Attitude, Vitality and Health "Dear Burt" Volume 55 39

Hi friends,

Most of you already know this, I'm 83 now. But what you don't know is that I definitely don't feel like it. In fact I don't even feel 70! ;-)

Many of you seem to be interested in knowing "my secret".

Why are you so active? Why is your hair black? What kind of product do you use?

What's your secret Burt? Most people want to know.

Well if you want to know my honest answer, it boils down to attitude, as far as I'm concerned. And attitude comes from your opinion of yourself. When you are able to control your attitude, you have the secret to life :-)
