Dear Friends,
Wow, Christmas is just around the corner. Can you believe it’s only 1 week away! I should let you know today that I won’t be doing “Dear Burt” next week. Instead, I will have a special little Christmas message for you.
For today’s video, I will be discussing the subject of how to deal with emotions.
Before I go ahead, I would like you to remember a very important mantra that you should repeat to yourself any time you feel like your emotions are getting the best of you.
“Your thoughts create your reality.”
Remember, you have complete control over the way you feel and how you left things around you effect you.
I know it can be difficult when many people around you constantly complain. They see a bad economy, instead a world filled of new and exciting opportunities.
Make the choice of what reality you want to live in! Think of ways that you can get creative with YOUR resources to achieve your goals and level of happiness!
As soon as you realize that YOU are in control of your life situations, the negativity around you should disappear.

I´ve been told, that when I heal, I can not heal a person of a higher level than my self. Not properly anyway. My friend is more advanced than I am in healing and at a higher spiritual level. Is it true? We do heal in different ways and use different techniques but in the end, isn´t it the same? The energy goes where it is needed. Could you please enlighten me on this subject! I've noticed that you've got a nice set of teeth and nice hair color. Did you manifest all that by yourself or do you use products? How can you read without eye glasses? I'm almost half your age but very dependent on those lenses to read. Any idea to help me get rid of these glasses without going through any drastic procedures?

I'm following your simple steps of meditation. I like it for so many reasons. I feel it's helping me as well. I'm very grateful for it and thank you from bottom of my heart. I need some help. I'm having some difficult time dealing with my emotions right now. I'm going through depression and under medication as well. I feel so helpless and don't know what to do with this feeling of helplessness. I agree with you on so many things regarding religion, beliefs, etc. I also watched your two min. video about a women who was healed by you over 20 years ago. I have been suffering with back and shoulder pain from an injury. I took so many pain killers at that time and I'm still taking some other drugs as well. I am a very spiritual person but being a human being, I have so many dreams, desires and I feel I'm failing because of these emotions. Is there any way that I can manage without the medication? I feel I'm getting so many sides effect from this medication I’m using. So will you kindly tell me what to do? I am currently using Quantum Jumping II. My question is when we jump, should we be visualizing/goal setting our achievements and plans. Or just see what happens. For example if in sales, and you know you have an appointment, should we visualize the appointment, or just jump and and see where our doppelganger takes us?

Burt, I am new to meditation but have been practing and reading as much as I can for about 3 weeks. I am having success in relaxing and better at quieting my mind but no success at visualizing, forming pictures in my mind or seeing colors. Can your program benefit me now or should I keep at it until I become better first?

I have been on straight commission sales for ten years. I have sold everything from candy to cars to mortgages and real estate. I have a new opportunity to become a business consultant salesman. I am starting january 4 2010 and want to be the best I can be. I have usually been better than average on my sales ability but never got to a master sales level where I am consistently closing. I can make ten sales in a row but then not sell anything for two or three weeks. I know there is somthing im doing wrong but I just dont know yet what it is for sure. I have a feeling that when I dont make a sale I lose confidence and become negative and it just builds on itself and I go into the next sale even more negged out and it continues until somthing psychologically changes outside of work for the positive and then I can go into my next ten appointments and close them all until somthing negative and the cycle starts again. I have seen this phenomenon happen with many sales people. When their hot they are unstoppable but when their not they cant give product away. This is happening subconciously but I am trying to become aware of it so I can change it. Please if you know of this phenomenon, will you give me more insight. I would love to get all the help I can get on sales. Thank You in advance.

Oh, and interesting new artwork! Is that the first subject you've done in both artforms? I like that because one of the most appealing aspects of art for me is when an expression is translated from one medium to another...it's good practice for capturing the essence of something, to be able to adapt it that way, I think. Nice job, Burt.

I think that's very wise and practical insight about choices. My question is how do I take power away from the options I don't want to choose? I know that's speaking in negative terms, but the presence of every option seems to be equally important to acknowledge, in order for their to be a choice made. How can you maintain focus on what you DO want to think about when the alternative is always there?
I'm reminded of the one anecdote about the master answering his disciple's question of the steps to enlightenment by saying "Attention." And when asked what next, he answers, "Attention." And what then, once again, as if for the first time, "Attention." It's also sort of like your definition of infinity, Burt!
P.S.
I recently discovered some visual diagrams of the 7 chakra system. I experienced an epiphany when I also read that the translation of "chakra" is "wheel". John Lennon has been, among earlier masters, one of the more modern inspirations in my life. Suddenly his profound song "Watching the Wheels" took on even more profound meaning. So, the diagram also displayed that they rotate, starting clockwise, and each one alternating, end clockwise again - think of it like a system of gears, if that helps. I just wanted to share that perhaps this could be considered a technique, that I have been doing, and find effective in helping the chakras feel healthy. If an area is feeling burdened, I've found it helpful to focus on the appropriate chakra and visualize it rotating in the proper direction according to the diagram I saw.
Maybe this is what John meant.

I have always been interested in meditation, but can't quiet seem to reach that happy place as I would like to. I'll keep trying. A question for you. Agree or not- Survival is man's fundamental physical need. And selfesteem is mans fundamental psychological need. A persons life is oriented around those physical and psychological needs-not around sex. Still, sex plays a major, pervasive role in human life, joy,and pleasure.
The highest cause in the universe is the well-being and happiness of the conscious individual. The individual-a minority of one- is the smallest, the most important, most unprotected of all minorities. If rights of the individual are protected,then rights are protected for everyone. When I write I dont use correct capitalizations an such, that said.. when i create that which is around me i try to take the time to realize what it is that i already have and what itis that im after. then when i can connect up to it i spend the time the next two weeks or so allowing my self to visualize the result and see my way through it. problem is that if i see it to clearly then i jinx myself. if i dont see it at all then it can be taken over by those influences that keep their presence here looking for those folks like us who dont have commeraderie to sustain our ongoing education and training in these arts. as it is Im a practioner of the magickal crafts and higher levels of sorcerry. this involves the key of what yu said. we create our own reality and we make for ourselves all the good and bad that comes our way. we either draw it to ourselves or we make it happen by what we lack in the confidence levels of what were doing..ithink it is even poss. to not have an adequate grip on that which we visualize and durring the day there become cracks in our designs and those spirits present looking for the answers and ways and means to ascend take root in our subconscious and though they fail they are still there enough to mess us up. if you have anything to add to this for clarification and clear focus then please do put it out there as there are a lot of folks listening to yu and trying to do as you do.
personally i know it is a difficult road to travel and though i ve left a thing or two out i still see clearly enough to plot my own course and have enough bad emotions that i cna even plot my own death to occur by the same creative visualization process and sex magick.. interesting? well i have no friends or close assoc. i have no job. i have no place to go and i live in my truck and i have hardly any food. i am by way of saying lacking in too many areas to be out here effing around. i should be in a cooperative or a some shelter of whatever the heck will serve me to last a longer time dependant on outside resources... its not pride its just that i dont have enough resources to get me where i need to be. Xmas day ill be waking up in my truck and wanting to die for lack of having simply someone to love and be with and to know that im loved and needed an wanted and cared for. i have nothing and im finished with the game. i wish to make a bigger difference not in my life but to start there first and be what i can be via my potential. i would like help in this matter but it is no teasy to speak of those things magickal if others i would like to spaek to are unawares of the discipline and commitment required to even achieve the least effects of true magick. this is of course causing or creating change in accordance with the will. is it not the same in this that you do? creating change to heal the body and the mind and to stabilize the life of he/she who puts into practice their own will for the betterment of their lives? would like to meet yu sometime mr burt. yu seem like you be alright. good love to yu and know that even though i wont be thrilledabout how my holidays are and they will turn out know that iam a perpetual soul and one that is fully infinite in connection. i will just have to look at what my cirs. are and make the best of them and find the happiness in whatever i can and enjoy. still wish yu could send me fifty. take care Burt!
Great comments! Sounds like people need lots of follow up. A thing about the spiritual dimension/white light: I always felt bad about the way I treated my girlfriend's little dog before he died. I'm kind of a strict disciplinarian, and the dog was quite hard-headed (dachsund mix). Anyway, about a year after he died, I contacted him, and he replied to me in perfect English. I said I was sorry, and he said, "Hey, I wasn't the most obedient dog. You did your best. Don't feel bad anymore." My girlfriend cried when I told her.
I'm sure what you have to offer is wonderful. I'm not ready for it yet though, and have tried every which way to unsubscribe from your emails. Any suggestions?

Thank you for the videos and all the information you share. My question is about our thoughts creating our reality. If we are each creating our realities, then are we creating the people in our realities, and if so, how could they then be creating their own realities? Is there a point when it divides between my reality and yours? Or are we just one big mind patching it together in one piece as we go?
This is a question I always have, but can never quite articulate so usually don't ask. Maybe you can help.

Love your latest painting, Burt! And the answers in this video, too. I have a question about what your wrote above about dealing with negative people and negative concepts which seem to spread like a virus of some kind.
I've just "finished" (meaning, listening to all the cds--still a lot of learning to do with this material) your QJII, and often when doing the QJ'ing, it all feels very familiar to me. I wonder if I might have been inadvertently doing this for awhile now--because as you know, every so often someone comes along with another doomsday prophecy, and when they do, I just sense that it might well be true--for THEM.
But I've always felt that my own destiny is something else. So could it be that the parallel universes meet, then part ways, and so on? A recent "negative meme" is the one that goes something like, "we're all going to die miserably and in poverty" and I can't help but shake my head and wonder where the heck that came from--because I don't feel that's in the cards for me. Maybe (or maybe not?) it's true for them...could this be their portion of the parallel universe meeting with mine?

You can heal and strengthen Your eyes with diet and eye exercise. The main exercise I did over 30 years ago to get rid of my eyeglasses (near sighted) is to go outside and focus on the furthest object in the distance.
After 10 or 15 seconds, put the palm of Your hand about 3 or 4 inches in front of Your eyes and focus on it. After it comes in to focus, refocus Your eyes on the object in the distance. Do this twice a day for about 10 minutes, and You will be amazed how much Your eyesight improves. Also, while meditating, place the palms of Your hands over Your closed eye lids to transfer healing energy to Your eyes. I do this at the end of a meditation session (usually while riding the ferry boat to Galveston, Texas) for a minute or two...
and view complex geometric designs in my mind's eye vision.

Hi Burt, I enjoyed your video this week. I find it amazing that you don't have grey hair and those are your teeth! You must be doing something right! I'm not sure if I'm doing this the correct way. I have a prduct that I invented and at the moment it is being presented to a corporation for licensing. The corporation could keep my product for a few months to test it out before they make a final decision. I meditated and visualized my product being excepted and then I just let it go and try not to think about it anymore but sometimes I get a quick thought of, I hope they accept my product. Will thinking about it cancel out the manifestation part of it. When I have these thoughts I try to quickly think of something else or start singing or something to get it off my mind. Should I be doing something else? Sorry this is so long. Have a great day.

Thanks for talking about the white light. I've been there twice and i find it very peaceful, i dont ask questions while there, just sit and enjoy the peace. I'm still learning about everything, but i can't seem to find a way to ease the pain my body gets. I have three kinds of arthritis and knee replacements and can't seem to deal with my pain most days, any suggestions would be appreciated.

How can one have what they do not possess. You can't give anybody $5 bill if you do not have any $5. My reason is that you know very well that all the evil that there is today springs up and out of the hearts of men/woman. Mummmoring-complaining,fussing all negatives comes out of man

Can a person have their shoe on and want to lift themself with their boot or shoe strip? Can a Leopard change his spotted color?
Dealing with fallen human nature without Christ the Anointed One and His Anointing is futile. Trying to deal with sinful human nature ourselves is white washing a grave. the inside still stinks
One could go so far, but when Jesus comes in He gives the person a new nature the old will pass away a brand new begins. Then you can deal with anything that's not of God and be successful and victorious. When we receive Him we receive all His fullness!!! This creates ground for growth.
Then can we deal with any negativity adequately. I was suicidal after fighting for 4 years in the Battle field,was drinking,smoking any thing smokeable, chaseing women and prostitutes, wound I sustained in the battlefield could not heal, but when Yeshua came into my life all those were gone for good and forever.

ask very well thought out.Just one question.How many times do you have to refill or replace your ink cartridges when you use large print in your answers?
these words "you have complete control over the way you feel" are very exiting as for a common happening one may feel good while other may feel bed and this is because we analise things with the vision of personel benifits.
