Hi Burt, I recently finished college a few months ago. My problem is I can't find any suitable jobs to apply for. What would be the best technique to help me do so? Also I have only recently started using the Mindbox and I'm not sure if you go through in order or use whichever technique you need at the time? Oh and do you have an advice on reaching the alpha/theta levels of mind?
Thanks

Hi Burt,
I just listened to your advise on "going back to the incident that created your guilt" to get rid of your guilt and stop punishing yourself so you can become successful. Here is my question - what if you don't remember the incident or in my case there were so many that it's hard to focus on just one? My parents always told me that I wasn't good enough and would never be successful. How does one get over that?
Sincerely,
Cheri

I agree with Leila, please advise us on what to do to increase our confidence in social situations. Sometimes I get quite nervous and feel miserable in social situations, where you are meant to be relaxed and enjoy yourself such as at an informal social gathering.
Thanks.

Burt...after all the good stuff that you have sent me, you almost seem like an old friend. My question is this; Is there any way that I can purchase "The Mind Box " the old fashioned way? By that I meen to actually look at the product before paying with cash.

Laurie - your question is fabulous! I am trying to figure out why I don't want to finish this really nifty project. I think the standard trappings that go with my project (sorta "side effects") are what's keeping me back, not the project itself. I hope Burt will choose your question!

Burt,

I know what my goals are. I know the steps I need to take in order to achieve those goals. However, I am coming up against something I believe is being referred to as the 'terror barrier' -- it's just on the other side of my 'comfort zone'. It is so powerful that I literally stop in my tracks and will not take the action I need to move forward. In fact, I'm doing things to procrastinate or distract my attention. I have even sabotaged my own success. How can I move through this 'terror barrier'? Your help and insights would be greatly appreciated.

As always, thanks,
Laurie

Dear Burt, every time I watch your videos I love you more and more and today when you advised the paraplegic, (I couldn't catch his name) who was struggling with breath and meditation, you touched my soul with the compassionate way you answered. God bless you Burt, and sincere good wishes to the questioner. Love to all, Liz
