“Dear Burt” Volume 6: The Dwadle Healing 39

Hello Friends,

It's been sometime since we had our last round of "Dear Burt" . I apologize to those of you who have been waiting to hear my response. As you may already know, I have been busy with my upcoming Quantum Jumping II launch and this is the reason for the delay. I know you understand ;)

Also, I know today is Thursday and "Dear Burt" always happens on Fridays... but for some strange reason Alexandra has requested me to do it today. She says, she needs the blog for something tomorrow, but won't tell me what! I have a feeling something is brewing. I wonder what she is up to!

Here is your weekly dose of nirvana :) . Please note that I recorded these videos for tomorrow, so if you hear me mentioning Friday in the video, then don't get confused.

Thanks for reminding us of the Dwaddle which you taught in your earlier CD Package. I am wanting to use this form of healing, now for 3 friends and myself. My question is - How often should I do this 30 seconds technique? Once, twice or thrice a day? You talk about practicing it and let you know in a weeks time…I presume then that if after a week there is not much healing as we would prefer, then in that case we just continue or do we do it for a week and then just release our healing energy to the universe? My question is how long do we do this practice for? Many thanks for all your wonderful information.

You tell feeling/emotions are not attached to results while doing healing work. But however it is important to recall the successful of past cases while doing the healing. I find myself difficult to recall the feeling. If to some extent i recalled the feeling I feel uncomfortable throughout the day. In fact in Silva method they tell recall the successful feeling What is the right way for me??Thanks a lot.

Dear Burt, Great content. I really enjoyed the video. I really liked your comments about emotions and healing. That makes sense to me that a person needs to be neutral.
I have a related question. In the Law of Attraction body of work, many authors say to infuse emotion into your desire. They say emotions add fuel to a visualization, affirmation etc.
Do you feel emotion helps to bring about goals, desires?

Dear Burt, I was reading about how to manifest your desires and became a bit confused when I was listening to one of your videos about meditation and healing. I thought in order to manifest your desires you had to impress the subconscious mind which only relates to feelings. How can I meditate about something that I want to happen such as, healing without feeling emotion, when it is my desire to heal. I thought it was the feelings that make whatever it is you want, to manifest. The lower self (subconscious) can only feel emotion while the conscious mind only hears logic. How do I separate meditation for healing and meditation to manifest desires. Sorry this is so long but as you can see I am getting confused. Can’t wait to hear an answer on this. Thanks so much for taking the time for this.

Dear Burt, I need your advice here is my situation i have been out of work for 10 mins now. And ever since then i haven’t been able to sleep. I am also a recovering pot head. I sleep OK for a week or so then experience 2-3 days of no sleep at all not even 5 mins. I have tried silva method with the chalk board and doesn’t help. Every time i have something to do the next day i can’t sleep.
I have blown off 2 interviews because i was sleepless. I feel like i can’t go back to work because of this. I have tried to meditate at least 200 times and rarely get to alpha. When i feel my brain waves shifting to alpha it startles me back to beta. I take melatonin every night and do pore breathing at bed time to put me to sleep but it doesn’t work. How can i slow my brain waves to sleep and meditate? I lie still and pore breath but nothing happens i am stuck in beta. I feel like my brain is jello and very stupid without sleep. advice please!

Dear Burt, I’ve wrote you before and I really hope this time you can answer me. I have the Mind Box (1&2), Sexual Enlightenment and the Victory program, so far they help me but I’m still struggling with fear of abandonment and negative thinking, I really wish I can be able to stop my negative thoughts and just change my attitude to a positive one, can you please tell me what technique I can do? thanks for answering my question way back, confirming the non-cruciality of breath-control in meditation! nevertheless there's more to this question (i obviously wasn't precise enough), so i'll try to put it more clearly now: my problem is also that i cannot move *at all* („locked-in syndrome“, rather rare, but luckily ever more recognized), except i regained some movement in my neck (so i can type this)! now, i haven't tried any of your commercial packages, but first i want to get along with the freebies you generously gave here & there... the mentioned problem confuses me very much: i cannot *perform* some seemingly very mighty things - specifically, i can't do the bhaga (no tongue control either), nor can i draw the dwadle!... as to bhaga – does the visualisation of it suffice? as to dwadle – i *can* draw it on the computer screen & circle my eyes around it to certain extent, but is that enough? should i print it out?...
i know i seem to be too off, too strange, but this issue covers the general principle problem of all disabled folks (i prefer the term 'misabled') – if my body can't (or can partially only) exercise an action - what, how & how much can *my mind*? (i believe this to be one of the biggest challenges that misability brings!...)
i really look forward to you answering this, i believe it would be appriciated by many misabled folks!...

G'day Burt,
Regarding the dwaddle, boy did it work for me. I wrote you about it a couple of months ago. I had this huge lump on my back shoulder as big as a tennis ball, and after listening to the QJ1 for three months,I wondered whether the dwaddle will work for me like it did for that lady with a lump on her breast. So I took a photo of my back and place it on the wall in front of my computer, the idea was that I would look at it every time I stop working. Well to make the story short it only took exactly three days and the lump was gone. It did not just disappear like magic but remember it only took three days,but thats another story.I am now a proud owner of a before and after photos of what the dwaddle did for me. I'll share it to you if you want it. Oh by the way I am an Architect,I can draw, Romeo

Burt: I was thrilled to hear you say that you will be more successful as a healer if you remove your emotion from the equation. I have a hard time creating emotion most of the time.

Does one remove his emotion when healing only? Or does he remove emotion during every aspect of meditation and manifesting? Is it necessary to remove emotion for the law of attraction to work?

I'll let you know the moment I experience a successful healing with the dwaddle technique. Never did I fancy myself a healer until I experienced healing myself from intense pain - in three minutes! Hi Burt, love the painting! What great advice you are giving out here. I think you are really onto something when you speak of not being so emotionally attached.
I used the dwadle with a friend who was in a lot of pain and it really helped. I figured- "well, the worst thing that can happen is that it won't work"- the dwadle works very well for emotions too.
IE_ "where do you feel this emotion in your body?" mark that on the dwadle and them run your eyes around the perimeter. You are only limited if you don't try it... Can't hurt!

I love your painting it is cool and relaxing to look at,it is quite funny as soon as I saw it i said I bet he drew that after he jumped and then during the converation you said you had painted it after you QJ when you were 78, it is wonderful. I am to chicken to QJ I do have the tapes but have used them once, I think a lot of us are controled by fears and don't know why. Any way keep up the good work I love all the topics addressed.

Thannk you Burt. As usual you get it right. It is a challenge to communicate what it meant by desire and emotions. I always think that what is meant by strong emotions is more allowing yourself to feel for example the joy of success, but not the yupeee kind of joy, rather the quiet joy that comes when one is totally at peace and clear inside and allowing the energy of joy to flow out into the picture that one holds of whatever is desired.

I really like your method for overcoming the result killer P. Sounds good.

I just found these 3 simple advices to getting things done:

1. Write down all the things you want to get done for the day. Everything from writing, creating content, or planning your next project to answering your email and balancing your checkbook.

2. Assign a specific time to each task or group of tasks. Anything from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Chunks of 30 minutes or less work best.

3. Select a task, start a timer (like an egg time), and focus on nothing but accomplishing that task. This means you don't answer the phone, you don't get up for a drink, you don't log onto Facebook - none of that. You remain focused on the task-at-hand!

My question is:

How do you recommend cleansing Chakras etc? I'm really interested to hear your view on this. I know about white light visualization method for example.

You visualize big white (or golden) bright light ball around you and breath in this healthy, refreshing, vitalizing, cleansing, energizing, protecting white light; which has only positive and beneficial impact for you. You feel yourself filling with this quality bright light, untill you feel you are 100 % full of this light. You can ask from yourself how full you feel you are you of this light. When you are full, you ask this light ball to change to a size whatever is approriate for you the rest of the day.

Other method I have heard of, is imagining white big hands cleansing your aura clean and when cleansed, you visualize hands disappearing. Or something like that.

I programmed at Alpha level, that when I do the Bagha and mentally say "Light ball On", this bright light ball with positive and beneficial impact appears automatically around me as long as suitable at that time and I automatically breath this light into myself. Light ball then dissapears automatically when it's best. I do this when I'm alone.

Bagha Duo technique (from Mindbox) by the way works like a charm often. I have had some amazing results with it. :o )

Dear Burt,
We use similar technique in India when someone have a Chickenpox we make something like dwadle, but not by drawing. We make human shape with cotton balls and red color. Join the cotton ball with each other with red color making human shape and stick it on the 8 1/2 X 11 paper and stick it on the wall and do Puja and soon, just like magic Chickenpox starts to dry up and soon you are healed. I just didn't know we already had a technique, but only used for Chickenpox.

Your Dear Burt to day was very fine and I think I learned a lot ! Your nr 3 - honestly I got the feeling that you was tired, but today - very fine and thank you for your way to explain the stuff.
I still have a question about the Fun Money - is it ok just to visualize that you use the amount (5 or 10 % of your income or do you have to spend for real - sometimes it may be difficult to use an amoount just for fun, when you have a lot of expensives and a very little income.

Great videos these. [this message is a bit long but I think is valuable]

Near the end of the second video about competition with yourself is a great idea. This reminded me of when I was at school doing sports against a lot of other schools, and one sport the 'high jump' I was entering.

I had knocked over the pole previously and there was one more high jump to do that was even higher. I didn't know at the time that this next jump was the last one, and if I knocked it over I would come 3rd, and if I jumped it without knocking it over I would of come first over many competing schools.

So, not knowing any of the above I remember what my thinking was just before I went to do the jump [this ties in about competing with yourself]. I thought, I'm gonna really push my legs as hard as I can on this jump and jump as high as I can, lets see what I can do [the previous jumps I never thought like this!].

It was as if I was competing with myself to jump higher than I had before [and this is the point].

Well I jumped over the pole and it didn't fall off. the other pupils of the other schools tried jumping over the pole but none of them could at all, the pole kept being knocked off.

Then I found out that because I actually jumped over that hight pole, I won over the entire schools in the high jump and came first.

Also, the only emotion I recall before jumping the last pole was making sure my leg muscles were going to push as hard as they can at the right moment to jump the pole [not thinking about winning at all].

So competing with yourself is a great idea.

Concerning procrastination, another idea is if you do one thing you know that you can do 'easily' towards a goal, just do that easy one thing you know you can easily do [like to tidy up your whole office first put a few pieces of paper in the bin and thats it].

By doing that will give you a positive sense of feeling. And will set you up for the second part.

Secondly, do something that is a little beyond what you think you can do, you should feel motivated after doing the first step [e.g fill up a rubbish bag of unwanted paper, letters, notes etc].

Thirdly, think of something that seems outrageous, like tidy the whole office and put everything in a completely neat and tidy order with no clutter etc [the main original goal].

This third step should be a lot easier and you will feel closer to the goal and motivated when you have easily done the first and second steps, because you will be more positive and fulfilled having done the first and second steps.

This concept is much better than having the target goal [e.g. tidy my whole office] and then try and gather enough motivation without being put off or feeling that it's too much of a chore and wanting to do something else what you really want to do.
