Dear friends,

Hope you all have had a splendid start to your February. I want to pose a question to you (reply by commenting below), how many of you meditate daily?

I know it can be hard to find the time in the hustle of our everyday lives, but a good goal for a beginner is to meditate for five minutes at the very beginning and end of each day. It's a great way to set tone and proper intention.

I've heard from quite a few of you that you've enjoyed my guided meditations in the past, so I thought it was worth making a slight change today and doing a meditation.

Let me know what you think.

Today I'm going to do another little question and answer session since I liked how the last one worked out so much. I'll begin by talking about emotions and when they should and shouldn't have an influence in your decision making.

Then I'll go into the wave of goodness technique. For those of you who don't know what the technique is all about no need to worry, it's all included in the video below.

I'm also curious to see your comments below on how you reacted when I dropped the pencil.

Dear friends,

Happy Saturday everyone and sorry for the late blog post this week. No need to worry though - they will go on as usual debuting every Friday.

I've been really happy to see more comments below these videos so I thought today to do another sort of question and answer session. If you want your question answered in one of the videos coming up just leave a comment below and I'll get around to the ones I feel haven't been addressed much before.

So today it's tapping, rhythm, and healing.

As I've said before everything in life has its own sort of rhythm. You can find out more about the idea of rhythm by using the EFT tapping technique I talk about in my Mindbox program and on many of these video blogs (here and here, to name a few).

But before clicking the link learn some more and watch the video below.

Infinity in a lot of ways seems more like an idea than a real thing. It's impossible to wrap your mind around.

Dear friends,

Around the internet and in academia I've seen a lot of discussion about the role of the human subconscious in dreaming.

After all, dreaming is a peculiar thing. Scientists say that we dream every night whether we remember it or not, but as to why we must dream the jury is still out.

Some say that dreaming is a mechanism of sorting through and linking conscious and subconscious experiences. Just like lucid dreaming can be used to play a semi-conscious role in your dream state, you can accomplish the same thing by taking control of your daydreams.

Suddenly your daydreaming goes from recreational to creational.
