I was convinced Buddhism is the way of life. But some how I cant... like I cant master it. I feel that theres like a big thick wall in between that keeps me from meditating and putting in action everything that I know. It's been really hard for me, as compassionate as I am... I need help. So I guess all I'm asking for is a some advise on how to increase my spirituality, and how to consentrate , to control my mind.
