It is amaz­ing that you had that oppor­tu­nity. As a grand­daugh­ter I can tell you it means the world to us to have our grand­par­ents with us on such a spe­cial occa­sion. I had 3 of my grand­par­ents at my wed­ding and my mother-in-law was the min­is­ter who did the cer­e­mony. Noth­ing could have been more spe­cial to me save for my dads father being there but at least I know his mem­ory and spirit was there with us. You are truly blessed and a truly amaz­ing being, thank you so much for all the won­der­ful insight you share with all of us.

That’s really lovely! It has brought back lovely mem­o­ries for me which I’d love to share. My own Dad mar­ried me, back in 1966, and also took part in the wed­dings of both my sons as well as Chris­ten­ing two of his grand­daugh­ters. (Sadly he has also bur­ried a beau­ti­ful baby grand­daugh­ter too).
As you might guess, I’m in my six­ties now and my Dad? — well, he’ll be 98 in April, God will­ing. He still preaches from time to time and took the ser­vices in his Church just two weeks ago. His body may be a lit­tle fee­ble now, but his mind is sharper than ever. He reads Eck­hart Tolle, etc and loves lis­ten­ing to the many spir­i­tual mp3’s I down­load to my iPod — includ­ing yours.
You’ve got a way to go yet to catch him, Burt! Only kid­ding! I think you’re fan­tas­tic and I owe a great deal to you and your won­der­ful work. Long may you con­tinue to inspire us all, and ‘Thank you’
