Dear friends,
Today I'm going to show you something from a series of meditations I've been working on recently. Each meditation has a specific purpose, and this one here is specifically for the motivation to take action.
We all have those things we've been putting off doing for one reason or another. Whether it's cleaning the house, starting to exercise more regularly, or asking your boss for something at work there are things in all of our lives we tend to put off. This meditation is designed to prime you for taking that action.
