You may have not intended to do so, but I believe you've managed to express the state of mind that a lot of individuals are in. The sense of wanting to help, but not knowing how or exactly where, is some thing a great deal of us are going via.

When something's bothering me, I normally just take a lot of naps and sleep a lot & thats how I cope with stress. Then finally snap out of it and I'm well again. This Daisy Pond meditation, I must say is better than that.

I am a person who can still smile even on the most stressful situation but sometimes life just gets to me. Like the comment from "Ness" above I find myself always taken advantaged of by people and still treat them nicely but at the end of the day, I feel burnt out and angry inside. Somehow I get involved with people who has the same problems as I did because I can relate to them and I wish that I could help them go forward like I did.

The daisy pond is a whole new way of thinking about things we've learned and there are other ways to do it. I am a nature lover and everything was easy to imagine except for 2 things. I couldnt imagine myself on a daisy but I loved the idea of having a giant white lilly at the centre of my pond and that worked. I couldn't get passed drinking the water in my pond because everything I imagined as I put it together are things and places that are familair to me. So I remembered a time in my childhood when I drank from a water source after hiking to the top of a mountain and I was alright. Thats where the water of my daisy pond came from.

I will be walking to the beach today after downloading the audio to my cellhphone to experience it while smeling the nice fresh air. I know it will be awesome.

Thanks a bunch. My mood and my mind and emotion feels lighter. It is only the beginning and I have already positive results.

Hi Burt, just started Daisy Pond , a great way to visualize , other than the traditional focusing on "Dan Tien ". Unfortunately I could not access the other two techniques which need Karma points. At 66, a complete novice to facebook etc, so is there a way out for the old dog ? Thanks, Eric.

I did enjoy the Daisy Pond meditation very much, wish there would be some kind of ending though, like coming out of the meditative state. Wanted to repeat it today because I feel really angry and negative, but not able to make it play again??? Only the end part would come on, weird. Can you send it again please?

James Rosen

Liked your comments especially about connections with quantum super string universe theory. I'm no expert but its a pet love of mine finding things out about such topics. Some very weird stuff coming out..
As for meditation/law of attraction/ manifesting very very new to this and purely down to a response from vishen lahkin? to a comment i made on his finer minds facebook page. Quite bizarre and coincidental? still the scientist / mensa in me says it all looks a bit "harry potterish" (no offence or bad vibe meant to anyone) Though as i said before current cutting edge science seems coming up with very strange and unbelievable truths.

Worth more looking into but I am on the loveorabove course/path at the moment though I do like the sound and experience of Mr Monk.

Hi,

I will describe my experience when listening to the daisy pond audio. Even though the scenery described was beautiful, when I pictured myself under water, I sensed fear but quickly blocked it out once I was aware that only fishes were surrounding me and that a beautiful scenery was above me.

When it was finished, I thought, "that's it?" but the next day, simple things happened to me that made a big difference.

First, I was early to work and one of the things that have been stressing me lately is my tardiness to work. Then, I made a decision of working in the summer (I work in the public school system) because I need extra money. Now even though I needed extra money, I never had the courage to make this decision because I was afraid of MORE stress. But I felt free to make it this time, feeling that everything will be ok.

When I applied to summer camp, I was very pleased with learning about the programs, picturing myself having fun at work. However, I did find myself afraid again when applying to a position, feeling that the position might be too hard, but then I asked myself, "can I do it?" and I realized I can, I just never experienced those responsibilities before. and so I took the leap of faith in applying and thinking I will do well at the job. And that is only experiencing ONE night of listening to the daisy pond. THANK YOU
