Hi Burt, these exercises are hard to do! But, I am going to practice and see the results.

The smiling exercise should make a difference right away. I have noticed that when I'm in a really good mood, everyone else seems to be happier too.

Will let you know how it goes and what changes there are in my life.

Have a super fabulous day!

Thanks Burt for the gift of exercises
This is a gift of gratitude to awareness

The first exercise creates
A state of happiness
That Not only pervades
Radiates true happiness
From the whole body

The second exercise Creates
The witness conciousness
To witness bright white light
In nothingness of the inner space

With great respect and love

Dear Burt

With great respect and love I thank you for directing me to this blog. The exercises are excellent and the experience is the revelation of inner space -an experience of a state of awareness- A state where in the perception of polarities cease to exist. What exists is an awareness of presence-everlasting. Looking for the next one
Love and Light

Thanks for these techniques, Burt. As always, I find something very useful from your blog and Youtube videos.

The smile technique reminds me of something I used to do and have gotten away from. I would lay in bed before falling asleep and picture a smiley face. Then I would say that the smiley face represents all the cells in my body. I would hold onto that thought as I fell asleep. And I always woke up recharged.

Thanks again for reminding me!

Thanks to you Burt on your three steps of attaining"Happiness"...I for one found step three more appealing and effective when applied as you said and i saw visions as i was reading through the above steps i was in transit as i trid to visualize the steps of which,...step three is a blast. I know i have to do this- it means a lot to have a peace of mind in the mist of every day ups and downs. As always, you much more to me- words can't put together or simply read.Keep me in prayers am coping fine courageously with the grace be- with tender touches in my life makes all of my questions answered in seeking- reaching for what is so precious yet seems untouch or felt -to me this quest is not a mystery but returned precious promise felt in my life- renewing the silent joy laid inside of me especially on "Subject of my Mother" who means my "ALL"...thank you.
