I've just started with the Mind Box and Silva methods, I had the world in my hand 5 years ago then wham! Anxiety, 1-2 migraines daily, social phobia, couldn't drive, you name it....I'm coming out of it thru teachings like yours and a determination to not fall into the abyss of wanting to just be gone. If it wasn't for my husband of 27 years and our wonderful relationship at this point there would be no reason to continue in this dimention. I never thought I would be here.
