Talking of candles I had been burning mine at both ends for second time in my life and found my anxiety returning.
Everything you say I always knew and believed, my mother used to say 'you die if you worry, you die if you don't so why worry?' but that in itself doesn't stop the anxiety. The thoughts are so instant that often you don't know yourself what triggered it.
Then one day I had a meeting with a collegue and my boss and the collegue was saying negative things about me. When I got home it occurred to me why didn't I just say 'well I have a postive story about that...' but again I still needed help to stay calm enough to do this. So I went on the internet and typed in 'positve thinking' and there you were with your thought stopping and relaxing techniques, just what I needed! Hows that for the Laws of Attraction!

I found it to be very inspirational and a great learning tool. I have taken a great interest in healing over the past few years since I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I am currently pregnant, and although diabtes care is part of my daily regimen, I am doing well and have no complications, and my baby boy is thriving in the womb. I will be working on permanet healing of this "dis-ease" after the baby is born, as I am certain it is a condition I will NOT be living with for the rest of my life. I stumbled across your website one day about a year and half ago. I was seeking help on how to deal with everything that was going on in my life. I was going through a painful separation and divorce along with financial problems that increased my stress. I had a small stroke and knew I had to relax and reduce stress levels. I tried the free lessons and knew that this was the answer for me.
A few months ago my son was critically injured in a car accident and has a traumatic brain injury. He is doing amazingly well and I know it is because of all the positive thoughts that are surrounding him. This past weekend my youngest daughter got married to a wonderful young man.
Everyone asks me how I keep from going insane and stay so positive. I tell them that I consult a Monk everyday!

Your "Bagha" technique is my favourite, it helped me in lots of ways and in different & difficult circumstances. The fact that you give attention to children to meditate and listen to their inner voice is so valuable. They don't have to loose and to regain with difficulties when they are adult what they have from birth on, their intuïtion, the best guide in one's life. They are saved for a lot of problems in their lifes.

The part of your dream telling you to ground yourself. I had been looking for a job for several months, without much luck. I just prayed Lord put me where you need me. I have been very busy lately, I am writing my cookbook and hopefully it will be done by Christmas. This is for my kids (all grown now, with their own productive lives)as Christmas gifts. I guess this part of the legacy that I can leave behind for them. They have always loved my cooking, my friends, too. I am not going public with this project. I have always been "a handful of this, a pinch of that, and a few of something else", kind of person when it comes to cooking. The fun part is deciphering it all.
For the moment, I am saving all your email in a folder until I can get to it. When this project is finished, you are next on my list to accomplish. Please, don't stop writing. Bert, 82 and Climbing. Congrats. I met you back in 1974 when you were an instructor with Silva. At the time I was so far down I had to reach up to scratch the bottom of the barrel. At age 37 I was an alcoholic, heavey smoker, 40 lbs overweight, had type 2 diabetes, unemployed, and close to being financialy broke. After your seminar I vowed to change things forever through mediation and visualation. Without any help from the medical communities, AA, or counciling I went cold turkey the day after the seminal Today I am retired, financially secure and looking forward to the future. Thanks for coming my way.
