We share a love of horses. My horse is called Fudge for her sweet tempermanet. She is lovely, with a lovely long stride.
As we come back along the rope bridge, the sunlight is dazzlying on the water, so far below,and I think, whoa that is just what your shakti is like. And sometimes even more dynamic and alive, than that.
Thank-you, for showing me how to bring Big Love into my life. Feeling connected to someone special, without any emotional baggage, is the key.
Now I feel, you want me to describe the feeling in words, and that is a challenge.

I have seen and felt and bathed in the white light.
I have not felt so much love peace contentment in my entire life time.
Upon realizing I was back with the living.
I fell into a great depression. I started giving away all my earthly possessions. I did not want to be here. I was reminded I had been given an advance on what is to come. I eagerly await the day.
I also believe the white light brighter than the sun but soothing to the eyes is God.

I own everything that you have created including the Mind Boxes, and it is nice to be reminded of the techniques that are within them. They are a treasure, with so many techniques to go beyond the mundane awareness. There is so much that we can create and influence, but most do not know that. In particular I love the gender energy, and how to play with it. I had interesting results when I "played" with it.

I am very thankful for everything you do for us, your readers/followers/friends...
I have a question about empathy. I very easily sympathize with people, feel compassion even for people I don't know. I feel in my body when my six year old is ill or feeling some kind of tension. I know a woman who fell very ill after a long period of some kind of alergy her son got, he had a cough for several months and now she has something in her throat.
So my question is if too much empathy is a good or a bad thing because in a way I think I lose energy when I step into someone's shoes as you put it.

Many years ago, I was fortunate to spend an afternoon with a Navajo Medicine Man. Upon my leaving, he said to me: "Cynthia, remember to always keep a rainbow wrapped around your shoulders." I share his wisdom with you.
The White Light is comprised of all colors of the seen and unseen spectrum. The Rainbow I keep wrapped around my shoulders is my "God Light."

1. Bagha 2.Rei Ki shield 3.Power Glass 4.Polarity technique -- these are indispensable in daily work for me.
Moreover, Goldman Mantra is also done by my favorite every day.

ESP hat theater of healing etc. I would come to like to be able to do well.
Please explain why you call yourself a monk? I have met many (genuine) monks and it seems the main aim of these people is to overcome the three defilements / poisons of the mind, in short their egos.
perhaps the title "Monk" you've adapted is simply a pitch or a sales gimmick (which seems to have been successful) If this is so, I suggest you admit it, however if you maintain that you ARE an "American Monk" this would nee3d some explanation.

Well friend, I am an 81 year old Atheist - a Spiritual Atheist. I have found the word 'God' repugnant. The God of religion as defined, is not possible. No 'God' can become angry; no perfect anything can be jealous, petty, or want anything. If God wants you to do something, or be something - or loves you and wants to be loved - well, that concept is man-made. What is behind all this is not an invented God, but something far more glorious. This is why the Jews created a word no one was to utter. As soon as you define it you lose it.
The 'God' concept was not to become an entity. I feel certain it was to tell us that we come from a Matrix of pure Spirit. Man [men] symbolically represent SPIRIT - Women symbolically represent MATTER."God" is PURE SPIRIT, therefore masculine. Mankind is also Spirit, but with a material body. The wedding of Spirit with Matter. Even sex is symbolic and shows us who we are. Spirit, male, goes into Matter, female - out of which comes mankind. We are Spirit beings in a material body and world.
Until we see things from the viewpoint of symbolism we will never understand . Truth was always hidden in symbol. That is why Jesus spoke to his disciples in parables...

I believe we are ALL part of God. There is no separation, the God energy or Source as I like to say, works through us. If we do something as simple as appreciate something everyday (I appreciate the sky in ALL conditions)we will begin to really KNOW the God energy and feel a shift in how we view everyday life.

Thius is why i will never take you off of my subscriptions. Even being loaded with emails from about 8 different people i will always remain here. i have taken those 8 down too about 4 and i am going for 3 but i think i might keep 4, its an unusual number but not an odd one. I like your depiction of God burt. Jesus was boy but even though God is the father the son and the holy ghost that doesnt mean God is also. But , now explain to me how you beleive this white light formed the planets. I acually doubt you answer would have any science to it. But there are some things scientists will NEVER....EVER answer.
not to mention you just gave me a brilliant theory about the energy known as chi. chi could be a little fraction of this white light God gave to us. this theory (yours)
seems to be similar to Gerrald's "Enter the Matrix" remote veiwing idea. that we are all made up of tiny vibratory light particles in a sea of even more particles. God may see us as light then, he can instantly see how corrupt or non corrupt we are before we go to heaven. I DONT EVEN HAVE MIND BOX AND THIS VIDEO COMPLETELY GAVE ME A WHOLE BUNCH OF IDEAS!

I have always said the the world needs more spirituality NOT religion. Spirituality is the BEING and Religion is the DOING. Basically it's a cause and effect relationship. Unfortunately, many of us in this planet have put the cart before the horse! This has led to a lot of bias, prejudices, distrust and intolerance in the world. In the name of religion many lives have been lost, in the name of religion hate has been fomented. The embodiment of a spiritual person is LOVE, and the lack of this splits humanity apart. I suppose the underlying factor is FEAR, fear creates most negative emotions and actions and the only antidote is LOVE. Rest in peace Michael Jackson, our generation's messenger of LOVE!
