Happy Valentines

I enjoyed the message. Keeping a positive view point is really the key. I have been married for 14 years and know that when my husband and I were first married we were blind to each other excentricities. But everyday we look for the good things and let the other things go. Time is to short to get caught up in the negative. I have learn that in the last year as it was a tough year. But we have come out the other side.

Thanks and God Bless

There is something that I don't hear about anywhere, but has been so powerful for me. I always tried to be loving and non-judgmental and it didn't work for 65 years. That's a long time. The saying, "You can be as happy as you want to be." seemed silly to me, as it didn't work at all until I found I had some judgmental words in my vocabulary that prejudiced all that I saw. So I decided to drop them. The only substitute I saw was descriptive words. Well, did that work. That objectivity turned me into the most objective person on the planet. OK, so, that's only my opinion. Scientists aren't that open minded. They have all sorts of preconceived notions, prejudices, ego and grants to bias their viewpoints. Talk about a spirit of truth. A word change can be so powerful. When I decided to drop negative words then I saw all the love, joy and peace inside. That so seemed like the fruit of the spirit. With fear, I imagine something similar might work.
The average person in developing countries is 60% negative, so dropping negative words only helps bring a balance. If you ease of after a while, that is. I didn't and I had to try to come down to drive, that's how powerful a word change is. Why don't I hear anything about this phenomena that, for some people, is more powerful than years of meditation? Oh, well. Hope someone can use it. Even while you love your love with all your heart, how do we handle fear. I have some ideas. I hope now you do too, so it, or other emotions, don't block your love from coming through. We either dampen the love going around the world or we give it a good spin and send it on to the next person. We really do have more power than we think. One person can start an epidemic or end it.

Thank you Burt,
it's a lovely way to look at life.
Life is Love, Love is Life..
so, if a positive viewpoint build our life, a negative viewpoint can destroy it.
The most good thing I pick up in your message relates to what we want to express outside of us, in the world.
And that's what pops up in my mind in this moment...
what if, every now and then, I wonder to myself: "What do I want to express NOW is love, or what?" I think it would enhance my awareness and my relationships.
Thank you for the insight!

Great stuff, Burt!
If you find your car's been dented, and
you choose to feel bad about it, well...that doesn't
fix your car, does it? It just creates that your car
is dented 'and' you feel bad...probably not what you wanted to create. As you've said, by choosing to be always positive, no matter what may come your way, there's good to be had from it. I figure the guy that dented your car increased your abundance by a thousand bucks! Not such a bad thing after all ;)
Happy Valentines Day, Burt! Keep it coming!
