Well this week is rather ironic. It's going to be the first time I actually PLAY in front of you and yet it's also the final installation of this music series we've had over the past weeks.
Don't get me wrong, I REALLY enjoy these sessions with you, especially receiving so many positive comments and responses. However, I feel I have rather neglected your comments for sometime and I'm kind of excited to get back to answering all your questions again next week.
So, my finale is dedicated to each and every one of you, with energy I put into it to wash away all your pain.

I liked that piece of playing a lot, Burt. It was rather poignant, sort of precision sounding. If you ever decide to include piano playing in these again, I would be interested in hearing you play one devoted to focus - that would be a fascinating one I think... I might try my own hand at it on my guitar

Hi Burt. Thought this was the best video yet. The phone and dog it seem so real, not rehearsed or polished. Most people would have turned the phone off and put the dog out, then start over. I would have, if it was me. It's great that you just go with the flow.

The music was great indeed. And the only thing I am skeptic about is when you say you dont know much about music.
I had a major surgery last week and after listening to your "pain away" music I changed my position in my bed without much ooohs and ouchs ! The pain was there but it was suddenly reduced !Will it come back again later ? Do I have to listen to it everyday for a speedy recovery ?

This is only the second time I have written here and this post is one of inquery and anticipation. I am currently studying to be a doctor and well I have hit an academic road block you could say mentally this trimester. I have had an extremely difficult time concentrating as well as life causing much anxiety and duress. I fear I will have to repeat the entrire course load for this trimester as final exams are upon me and I am as of late unprepared. If there is any thing you could suggest for me to overcome this mental obstacle I would greatly appreciate it. I have allowed myself to be overwhelmed by my obligations and academic duties and now have little time to regain my ground. Today is Saturday the 14th of August and my exams start Monday and though I have been through all the information I need to know at least once via lecture I have difficulty in the complete recollection of the material. I thank you in advance for any intent you will my way and I hope you have a Blessed day and life.

I guess my Karma is bad so I didn't feel any pain reduction. I did find it fascinating that as soon as you said you were alone in the house, your dog piped up in objection. Have you taught him to understand english, or did something move on the sidewalk to cause him to bark?

Hi Burt,
Just before you played and during, a slight muscular pain in my lower back seemed to disolve away and the area warmed up with what seemed like more blood flow.
Question is, Is it you or me that is presumably making it happen?
And how do you do it, meaning you just say your intent then start to play then another person themself makes the pain go away?
If so you could play anything and help someone with any problem they may have.
If thats the case you could sell your CD's and maybe I could be an affiliate and help make sales:)

Dear Burt, you are truly amazing. Today I listened in to your beautiful music video on pain. I have pain due to an odd disease called Dupuytren Contracture where the tissue in the palm contracts permanently and causes all kinds of problems. The pain disappeared with your music. Thanks for playing on camera. Please don't put the music away altogether. You might consider playing a new piece every 6 weeks or so, add a couple of new or old art works by the piano and give us a concert. Your theme might be an accumulation of the prior weeks of work, the denouement if you will. Now I sound like your agent, lol, anyway just an idea.

Next week you are going to speak about beliefs. "Your beliefs are true for you." Can you address the question of instrinsic truth?... Is there anything that is true outside of your own belief system?
Also... what if I believed I could fly? Could I step off a building and fly away??
There has to be something more to this simplistic approach to belief and reality.

This was fun, seeing you play and with the phone, your dog's comments and unrehearsed or edited! I did feel a wave of relaxation go down my neck from my head, and I had had a slight headache and stiff neck, that felt relieved with this wave of energy. I can still feel some of it, but it seems about half of the degree it was before i watched your healing pain song.
I was wondering if you can do one to improve motivation, energy and life force? I sometimes feel the condition of the world - people/nature - at this time, can bring my energy way down, to the point of not really feeling motivated at all. I often to prefer to just be in a dream state, as a lot of the actions of normal daily life sometimes seem to not hold much meaning or draw for me. It's hard to learn how to give our gifts and contribute in a way that will make any impact or improvements in what we're facing and what lies ahead globally and locally.

I did have a definate pain in my back, kind of a sharp twinge. After you played, it went away. I think I had the pain just to prove your energy and playing CAN take pain away.

My favorite teacher you have done it again with yur beautiful music. I had t laugh when the dog barked wen you said you were alone in the house. I guess he surprised you right. he didn't want t be counted out.
But in your next session culd you tell us more about the affirmation " Every day and in every way I am getting better and better." I believe there is more to this affirmation then people are aware of like how it started and how to use it even more effectively in our life.

I really enjoy and look forward to the Friday Dear Burt, I've been watching since you started, and I have used some of your healing tools, about a month ago my sons cat got really sick, it stopped eating and drinking, even the vet didn't think she would make it much longer, we had to give her water with an eye dropper and force feed her. I remembered the energized water video you did, so I energized her water and did the qui gong directing healing energy at her, and a few days later that darn cat started to get better, I'm not sure how it happened if it was the water, the qui gong, or my sons total belief that she would get better, he refused to believe his mom and I when we told him she might not make it. I think it was the water and qui gong myself, because she kept getting worse until after that. thank you for all you do Burt and keep doing it.

When I drove in to work today I pulled up at a traffic light and noticed that the car in front registration plate read B** URT. I thought to myself, Dear Burt is going to be good today, too darn right you were.
Well Im looking forward to next week back to the usual format for Dear Burt, I'll miss the music, no doubt about it, but I know it wont be long before we hear more of it because you have planted the seed in our minds for it because your intentions behind it work. Especially the money one.
I listen to that song each morning before I start work and find the creative ideas for money to come are pouring out of me. As I type this I have just had a telephone call to say one of my simple creations just sold for $850. Thanks Burt, thank you so much.
Any readers here who find money or positive ideas for it lacking in their lives should make a point of listening to Burt's money song each morning, or night, which ever is best for you, and just let what ever you need the money for, or do for you, come to mind as you listen. A bill to pay, a present, holiday, clothes, or cash flow into a business, whatever. Just let the thought drift through your mind and accept and belive it will show up. And it will. I know from personal experience.
I was looking at a rock and a hard place just a few weeks ago in my business, now I'm seeing a new dawn and the sun coming up again thanks to Burt.
Another telephone call just as I was about to post this comment, $570 for another of my creations. Mind blower!

Several weeks ago I asked you to help me. I resend you the comment. I wish that this time you'll be able to help me and at least tell me what to do. Thanks in advance.
I think that due to my worry,... I haven't been able to solve couple of problems. My boyfriend has made a mistake and have been now condemned by a court for a deal. I believe the decree has been much stronger than the mistake. Believe me I'm not biased. He's a religious person and wouldn't do anything if he would know that it's unlawful or against morality, but this has been a mistake rather caused by greed and he really regret it. The mistake hasn't caused harm to anybody in particular. This problem has affected a lot our lives, his work,... He's proposed and the only condition he'll get married to me, will be if he'll be forgiven. However if this ruling won't be removed or he wouldn't be somehow forgiven, we'll have to get separated as he doesn't want my life to be wasted. I believe God, or Unity, or Divinity, or Universe (Whatever we call it) is kind and merciful and I have been praying and visualizing that my boyfriend has been forgiven. I've visualized myself as the judge and all the related officials forgiving him and canceling the decree. I've been repeating affirmations ... I think that my worries get in the way and doesn't let the problem to be solved. I wish that you could help me and tell me how to intend; or maybe you, yourself, use one of your techniques relating to power of intent, so that I'll be able to go back to a normal life and relationship with my boyfriend and get married with him and start a new life with him after 3 years of worries.
I appreciate your help in this regard.
