Hi Burt.

I'm really sorry to use your blog for this, but it seems that the people who sell your products leave no other recourse.

There is a serious problem with customer service at Finer Minds. Repeated emails to support haven't even been answered, and I remain, a week later, unable to access my course material.

This company is representing you, and they are directly and negatively impacting your customers. Please have a talk with them and request that they immediately get on the customer service issues that people are having.

Thank you for your time, and again, I'm sorry that they have left me no other way to contact them, or you.

Blessings to you and your family.

All I did was order a DVD and now I'm getting all of these emails saying that I signed up for a course and giving me a password. I didn't sign up for anything and expect that I will not be charged for anything beyond the DVD that I ordered. I tried to contact customer service, but have received no answers. Please confirm that I'm not being charged for anything beyond the DVD. -Thanks

This for Bradley and anyone else who can use the information. There are five (5) basic rules for happiness that when followed, gurantee a good life.
1. If you like a thing, enjoy it.
2. If you do not like a thing, avoid it.
3. If you do not like a thing and you can't avoid it, change it.
4. If you can't avoid it, and can't change it, accept it.
5. You accept it by changing yourself, that means changing your attitude towards it. And you are the only one that you have complete control of.

I have been married for 5 years to someone that I have been in love with for more than 25 years. I was so shut down with my life, was just waiting to die. I'd lost most of my closest friends including my wife and several family members that I and my sister were the only ones left of our family other than our children, and grandchildren that are still alive.
At first I was madly and passionately in love, but I shut down all the loving feelings, emotions, etc. that I had for my wife and daughter due to my struggle with a mental illness called PTSD. I have been struggling with this for over 38 years and was finally diagnosed as a patient in 2004. My wife's ex husband is an abuser and we have had lots of trouble trying to keep our family together because he has partial custody and is mentally poisoning his daughter toward her mother and myself. I really love them and would hate to lose them but am afraid that if I keep going like I am I may end up hurting them more, especially myself. I am at my wits end. Please advise

What about when the partner is an alcoholic? And they won't admit it even though they have been told they have hepatitis from the long term abuse? Any hope? I gave him a copy of the cd from your mindbox on addictions but he won't use it. The doctor's even gave him pills to help but he takes the pills and keeps on drinking.
I rarely see him not drunk as he starts drinking even before he takes off his coat when he comes home from work. And talking to him after he's had anything to drink is useless. He won't remember. And when drunk he thinks he is an expert on everything and I am an idiot not worth listening to.
