Burt! I discovered my problem! recently i told a deppressing story of how im 13 and im inacircle of needing the product to get money but needing money to get the products and how a whole bunch of other stuff i need help with.
Well...Days later i found my solution, acually just today while watching a few other mediation videos of my many subscribed people.
I told you that i was going around doing all the freebies because(problem stated) no money, and parents taking forever before looking at the page well a youtube freind of mine has helped me his user is "yoga meditation" and he sells a bunch of cool meditation and other products.In one of his videos he said that(like you) issues are reated by thought but there is a much simpler way to correct it! just paint over it!
whenever you get one of those downing thoughts that provokes a goal simply correct it right there! for example if i were to say "i stink at social studies" right after that i would say "no,i am incedible at social studies" now i have developed his technique a little from myself.You have previously stated Albert Einsteins quote that a problem cant be solved at the same level of mind that created it,correcting right there would seem at the same level of mindand the two would ancle eachother as if you said nothing,but what if you said it twice? "I stink at math" "no,i am awsome at math" "I am awsome at school" the difference there is that you double correct it and there is trwo hidden things in those words that changes the level of mind.

Those two corrections help you even more! no states that the previous thing you said was wrong and when the first thing you said was you stink a math and the next thing is i am awsome at SCHOOL it makes it even better!
that means you have taken away the beginning statment from your mind and increased the over all category so instead of
negative math
you get
positive math
positive science
positive social studies
positive language
positive grammar
and everything else!
Now i had a second realization
i found out the reason i was haveing such a bad time meditating was because of my freebies I have become bored of the freebies and concepts i have been wanting the techniques and meditation and i have been wanting new ones! so i have discovered what i need to repair to mend my unsuccesfull actions! THANK YOU!
why did i say thank you? because, one of YOUR TECHNIQUES led me to all of this yesterday i took a notebook and wrot down all the things i want to acheive

-enjoy meditation more
-more money
-get more sleep
those are what i am focusing on
(and maybe this weird noise which isnt supposed to be there has also hlped my thinking during this time, it sounds like the brain frequency sound but....i like it better it eeps very fast and low toned so its like a pleasent hummmmm i dont know why but I LIKE IT!)

I tried this technique and it works. Initially I said to myself that this is too simple a technique for it to work. But it does. Things have started happening in my life that I never expected to happen. Escrow rebates on my mortgage, mortgage payment being lower for the next year, sales coming in from my products. I want people to know that this works and now the secret is out on how to make yourself financially successful. Don't believe me? Good , I really mean that. Prove it to me that it doesn't work and you'll prove yourself wrong. Because this technique works and I'm glad that Burt has been gracious enough to let the world know of the potential that we ALL have.

I am a hopeful skeptic if that makes any sense. I always hope that things I try will work but many times doubt that it will work for me. I've had about 7 years of exceptionally bad financial woes and am due for some good fortune.
Well, I tried your technique and visualized checks coming to me. The next day I received a check for $111.00 in the mail that I had forgotten was due to me. The next day I did my income taxes and expected to owe money but will be getting a small refund of $138 (much better than owing). Then the next day a totally unexpected refund of almost $500. That's 3 days in a row of me doing the technique and getting unexpected checks!
So, I could attribute it all to coincidence but this time I won't. I believe in the technique! Thank you for sharing it.

Sorry for the multiple postings, but this is so relevant and exciting. I don't know if it was the money magnet in part 2 or the tapping in part 3, or both, but I found about $150 more than I should have had in my pocket last night. I did not count it until just now. I just knew I found a wad of cash in my pocket that I didin't know was there. For awhile, last month, I thought was missing money. Not sure if I had spent it and forgot, or lost it. I don't know if the money in my pocket was that "lost" money, or where it came from. I just know I really needed it and it was the best surprise I could imagine. Everyone should try this!

On this video, part 3, I'd like more explanation on how you know what to tap. You say it's individual, which I understand, but how does one know what the rhythm to tap is for the thing they're thinking of?
again, I had to guess here, based on what you demonstrated, so here's what happened after my experiment.
First, I never got as far as tapping for wealth yet, surprisingly. I was so intrigued by the idea of trying this with food, I started with that. I was thrilled and skeptical about trying it. Well, pizza is one of my favorite foods, especially New York style pizza. So I imagined how it looked, smelled, felt, tasted, etc. I started feeling physically good while imagining giant slices of this pizza. I knew I was to tap out the rhythm of this favorite food, but had no idea how. So, I asked God how to do it. Next thing I know a rhythm just came out and I tapped it on my thigh. it was actually nothing like the rhytm he tapped out, but again, it's individual, so I did not let that deter me. I did this for a few minutes while thinking about enjoying the delicious pizza just to get it in my system. Then, I thought of a food I want to enjoy, or at least tolerate, but can't stand. It was red bell peppers. This was last night, about twenty four hours ago, actually. I thought it would never work, but there I was tapping anyway. I chose to skip the lower rhythm of what red bell peppers felt like for me, since I dislike them so much and was afraid that lower rhythm would get stuck in my mind and I'd forget the fun pizza rhythm which had come through me before that. I don't recommend anyone else skip the lower rhythm part, since that's not how Burt showed it.
Anyway, so, I just get an image in my mind of a red bell pepper, whole and fresh. Then I tried to recall the pizza rhythm. It took a few attempts, but it came back to me. to make sure I did it right, I did it for several minutes. I then tried to say aloud, "red bell peppers" and "I now like red bell peppers as much as I like ny style pizza". I was skeptical the whole time and felt silly. It turned out to be amusing and fun. I did struggle not to lose the rhythm and had to refind it a couple of times while thinking of the red bell peppers. Finally, I started feeling more joyful and felt energy physically mooving through me, especially in my feet. I was sitting up at the time and my feet were flat on the floor. It was almost as if it "grounded" me. Is that because red bell peppers are red and red is the root chakra color, so it grounded me? Or is it a normal reaction to feel energy in the legs and feet and a feeling of being grounded when one taps like that? I don't know. I felt excited and hopeful after tapping.
I went to bed. I got up and decided to tap one more time, you know, 'cause I was sure what I had done was too good to be true and couldn't possibly have stuck. So, after a few minutes of refinding the pizza rhythm, I retapped for red bell peppers. Then, the test....I cooked a frozen chicken fried rice meal that has red bell pepper pieces in it. Every time I eat this meal, I waste every bell pepper, purposefully, 'cause I really detest them. I occasionally accidentally eat a piece, which happened a little over a day ago, eating the same meal. So, I go to eat my meal, after having tapped, sure it didn't work and I'll hate them as much as before. I may be a skeptic, but trust me that I wanted this to work. So, first bite I intentionally included some red bell pepper pieces. I didn't even notice the taste of them!!!!! Left brain kicked in and said that it's in my mind or placeobo or I thought I had a red bell pepper piece in that bite, but didn't. So, I took another bite of the meal, making sure to get more red bell pepper pieces on the fork than before. Same thing. I can't say that I love them now, but the fact is I ate them all, every last one of them withOUT any negative taste. I wasn't tolerating them. I wasn't pretending I liked them now. They just no longer had an affect on me or my taste buds!!! Maybe I'll never love them. I'm okay with that, but now I can add one more healthy vegetable to my meals without the gross, bothersome taste!!!! If all the tapping did was neutralize them-as opposed to making me like them-I'm good with that. I'm so thrilled and impressed, that I already told one friend about it. Last night, I tapped for flaxseed meal and flaxseed oil, which I hate the taste of. In case anyone wants to know, I used the same pizza rhythm for it. I plan on having a flaxmeal smoothie in the morning, so I'll let you all know if it works like the bell peppers did.
Now, I need to go back and try it on money. I'm so excited!

I have no idea how to do it other than what he showed in the video. I just watched him and guessed. I was hoping he'd respond to some posts and describe in more detail what exactly he meant by "gently" tense. I just tensed up my shoulders, neck, and head. Then realized I felt like I was squeezing/tensing the muscles too tightly, so I eased up a bit trying to match whatever he meant by "gently". I did it a few times and for a couple of minutes each, just in case I was doing it wrong. I need to try it again.
for those of you using windwos based computers without sound, I may be able to assist, provided you have a sound card installed. did tech support for a few years have fixed this problem many times, including for my own computers.

Hello Burt, from part 3 in the series, that tapping looks like the tapping from EFT, but there's a significant difference that EFT practitioners are leaving out: The rhythm of tapping in conjunction with an idea.
In acupuncture, there are all kinds of stimulation of acupuncture points, so this makes complete sense.
This is what's been missing from energy psychology: First recognising the rhythm of unacceptable ideas then rhythmically tapping or stimulating at a higher level of vibration in conjunction with concepts of goodness.
I would like to know if there is anything that can be done to enhance beauty and the body. Not trying to loose weight in fact i'm trying to gain weigh due to my training as a pro athlete in the field of natural body building. I would like bigger breast LOL i know that may have to be done with the help of a surgeon but it doesnt hurt to ask. Weight gain in the right areas to build muscle and clear beautiful face free of marks.

Will setting the Bagha after tensing help the process further?
Okay, I tried this earlier, though not sure if I was doing the "tensing" right. I had to rewatch that part a few times to absorb it. I'd like more clarification on how to tense gently and properly. I'm a person who is usually so stressed and tightly wound that tensing muscles, leaves them spasming, even after (attempting) releasing the tension.
I also have a questions about specifics. Since money is energy, and a tool to get what we desire, should our focus always be on visualizing cash coming to us, each time? Or, should we mix it up and try to visualize one thing that we want, each time we do this? For example, if I want money to purchase my dream house, should I try visualizing the dream home, or the money to buy it, while tensing, then release, instead of just visualizing the money coming to me? Then, the next time, I could focus on a car I want? I'm suggesting only material things right now, since this video was about attracting wealth, mainly financial. Also, would it benefit us to visualize and feel "as if" we already have and are living/enjoying what we want, as opposed to visualizing it coming to us? I ask because I know some experts say that to want it means lack; implying that we don't already have it, which they say could either delay us from getting it, or block it altogether, because we're always wanting it.
I am new to the Quantum Jumping idea and to Burt's teachings. Does he usually offer ways to charge ourselves electromagnetically? Is he speaking metaphorically, or will we be walking around getting zapped when touching metal?
Anyway, I did it for the first time today, visualizing money coming to me, and within two hours someone handed me $300. To be completely fair and candid, I knew that person would be paying $300, on my behalf, for something important in the next few days. However, they were to be writing a check, to another person, then givng me the check to pay that person, again, in a few days. It was not supposed to be handed to me as cash, or given to me today.
I should also say that I did listen to separate wealth affirmations and an attracting wealth brainwave entrainment meditation mp3 last night as well as the Daisy Pond meditation, before bed. So, can I say for sure that it was Burt's method, alone, or prove that any of those things caused me to receive that money today, in cash? No, I can't prove it, but I'm excited to keep experimenting and tyring. Plus, his method seem so "simple" as he said, and quick, that I can actually commit to doing it daily. I hope to post again soon with more good news.

Hi Burt, you know what? That method you are demonstrating reminds me of Tridaya Inner Power. Tenaga Dalam or Inner Power is the esoteric qigong training for Pencak Silat, an Indonesian Martial Art. The difference is the tension is usually involved in the arms and hands and this is coupled with disciplined breathing similar to the pramanyana on samanyana of Trancendental Meditation.
When perfected, Tridaya Inner Power allows you to block an attack from an emotionally charged assailant w/o his touching your body and you can deliver long distance blows to throw your opponent w/o touching him at all.
Imagine applying this same principle to the law of attraction! I guess some people are quantum jumping all the time, but they don't know it.
I tried your method and there are definitely some astral images there that I don't usually see when I'm awake.
