I have emailed Burt Gold­man to request a refund for the pur­chase of Quan­tum Jump­ing. I did not find it help­ful. The garu­an­tee was refund within a year of pur­chase. But, I have not recieved a reply email acknowl­edg­ing my request. So, they just ignore you until the year is up!!!
